Meet The ?Property King? With A Heart Of Gold ? How One Man Is Giving His Real Estate Riches Back To Society

Hello, my name is Patrick Liew. Some of you may know me as the founder of real estate agency HSR.

I?m the owner of multiple properties around the world. Combined, my properties are worth millions of dollars.

While I sell some properties for massive profits, I collect passive rental income from my other properties as a landlord. Today, I?m glad I can say that I?m financially free.

But I hadn?t actually intended to step foot into the real estate business.

You see, I wasn?t born into a rich family, and I was taught to be humble while growing up.

So at 17, I aspired to become a social worker – I simply loved (and still love) helping people. At the end of the day, just being able to see the smiles on people?s faces ? well, that?s the best form of satisfaction I could ever ask for.

However, as much as I love helping people and improving their lives, I realised what I was doing wasn?t nearly enough to make a huge impact. After all, there are still thousands of people in less privileged parts of the world suffering from illnesses – or simply lacking proper care.

That was when my mentors told me: ?Patrick, you need to become rich to have the resources and capabilities to help more people out there!?

At first, I was lost. But then I chanced upon the Forbes rich list for Singapore.
.

According to Forbes, 99% of Singaporeans became millionaires indirectly or directly through investing in properties.

In fact, 3 out of 10 richest people in Singapore made their wealth through real estate – surely not a coincidence!

True enough, as I have found out over the years, you can build up your own multi-million property portfolio with LITTLE OR NO MONEY DOWN!

With such a low cost of investment, it?s no wonder property investors are reaping stunning profits.

This discovery propelled me to start my first property company, HSR. It also marked the time I began dipping my hands into property investing.

Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining

But since when have plans always gone exactly the way you want them to in real life?

In 2003, HSR was hit hard by the global economic downturn and teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. Business was poor because no one dared to invest in real estate.

But I believe every cloud has a silver lining.

You see, one of the greatest weapons in every property investor?s arsenal is his or her sense of timing. I?m not talking about instincts or gut feelings but ? well, you have to know when to buy properties.

Let me share with you my step-by-step property-buying strategy

I started investing heavily in properties – and honestly, that was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. My property portfolio grew like crazy and I haven?t looked back since.

Today, I?m the owner of multiple properties around the world. Combined, they are worth millions of dollars.

Making a donation to those affected by the 2015 South Indian floods

I?m grateful that I now have the luxury of time and resources to do the things I love – that is, to help the less fortunate among us and make a difference in their lives.

In January 2016, I, together with a few other people, managed to raise close to $40,000 for those affected by the South Indian floods.

Wait, what does this have to do with you?

The idea is simple. After building your own multi-million property portfolio, you can have enough money to do anything you please ? yes, anything.

Live out your dreams, take a round-the-world holiday, pamper your loved ones, retire early ? anything you like!

For me, it?s to make the world a better place.

This includes spending the last 10 years of my life educating tens of thousands of people to become savvy money-generating property investors using my PROVEN, street-smart property investing strategies.

The cost? Yup, FREE.

Myth Busted! You Don?t Actually Need A Lot Of Money To Start Investing In Properties!

Now, you must be thinking I had a lot of money to start investing in properties, but that couldn?t be further from the truth!

Think about it. Before I started property investing, I was constantly giving my time and money to those less privileged.

In fact, in 1992, I quit my corporate job without any idea what I should be doing next!

Another fact: I invested in most of my properties with LITTLE OR NO MONEY DOWN.

It might sound impossible, but allow me to assure you. In my 20 years of investing in properties, I can tell you that you can indeed start investing in and owning your first property with just a couple of thousands of dollars!

That is, of course when you have the right knowledge and the right system on how to structure your very own property deal.

Don?t worry, I?m going to teach you. Already, thousands of people have benefited from what I taught them, with some now owning multiple properties that they are happily collecting rental income from as a landlord.

Don?t you wish you could be a landlord yourself and start collecting passive rental income?

Property Investing Is NOT Meant For Everyone

Not everyone is cut out to be a landlord.

There are steps to follow and legal structures to learn when it comes to creating a property deal in your favour.
